Here's The Tests That Vehicles Go Through. . .
Test 1: Frontal offset crash test & Rear crash test This test assesses the vehicles structural designs. Focuses on the degree of protection that seat & head restraints provide against whiplash injury.Bummper evaluations are also conducted with these test.
Test 2: Side crash test Assesses how occupants are effected when larger vehicles like SUV's & Pickup strike the vehicle from the side.
Test 3: Rollover rating Determines the strength of a vehicles roof.
Test 4: Electronic stability control Does the vehicle have it? ESC helps drivers maintain control of the vehicle when making emergency type maneuvers.
