I'll begin by saying that our total experience in buying and owning a Subaru has been beyond fabulous! We just purchased our third one this week.  The wonderful people at Fairway Subaru in Greenville, SC made it more than fun and memorable! 

May I begin with Jan Doss! She is a special gift! Not enough words to describe this wonderful person. I could not imagine buying a car from any other individual! Jan is a true professional. She has such a demeanor that is real and not pushy as a sales person. I feel as though I'm speaking with a friend that wants the very best for my family. 

John McHann, the Sales Manager, was outstanding! When Jan took me in to sit with him and discuss the numbers, he lead me through the process so easily. Within 20 minutes he had located the car we wanted, worked through numbers that we agreed on and began the process! It was painless and FUN! I don't think he could have shown more excitement in our surprise process if it was for his own child! He had the car there, ready, cleaned immaculately and ready for the reveal! He was so much fun, in addition to being extremely professional and efficient to work with and truly cared about insuring the event went off with a hit!! Wish I could do this once a year!

In mentioning the staff, I cannot leave out Daniel Noble and Barry in the service department. They are the very best!! They have taken such good care of us and our cars!

Life is about experiences! Owning, driving and buying a Subaru from Fairway Subaru is one of those "icing on the top" experiences!

In 2007, I was driving my 2005 Subaru Forester in Miami. I stopped at a stop sign, and as a pulled into the intersection, a speeding Escalade came into the intersection and slammed into the passenger side of my car. It hit me so hard it drove my Forester sideways about 40 feet and then sent it spinning in the other direction up over a curb and into a yard. The entire side of my car, from the hood above the right front tire to halfway across the back door was crushed in. The windows and windshield all broke, and the car had been pushed so hard sideways that the wheels were all tilted at nearly a 45 degree angle.But thanks to the way Foresters are built, the passenger compartment was so intact that even though I got banged up and injured my knee, I had no serious injuries. When the ambulance arrived at the scene, the first thing the paramedic said was, "It's a good thing you were driving a Subaru. Otherwise, you'd probably be hurt badly, or maybe worse."What a great vehicle!
