The All-new Sports Car starts at $25,495!!!!!

Subaru announced pricing for the much-heralded 2013 BRZ, starting at $25,495 for the Premium model with a six-speed manual transmission. The six-speed automatic version starts at $26,595. Premium models come standard with touch-screen GPS Navigation, Bluetooth connectivity and HID headlamps. Above the well-appointed Premium model, Limited models add Alcantara seat inserts with leather bolsters, heated seats and mirrors, dual-zone automatic climate control system, fog lights, Keyless Access & Start and body-color decklid spoiler. Subaru Unveils EyeSight: New Affordable Anti-Collision System

Subaru is joining other automakers who are in the forefront of creating a new generation of cars that can stop themselves if they detect a frontal collision is about to occur. But Subaru hopes to stand out from the pack with a  lower price tag.

Subaru is calling its system EyeSight. The driver assistance system will debut at the New York Auto Show next month, and Subaru plans to incorporate it in the 2013 Legacy and Outback. It includes adaptive cruise control, pre-collision braking, vehicle lane departure warning and the ability to detect objects in front of parked cars.

 A couple and their friend were left counting their blessings after a 'knight in shining armor' rescued them in the snow.
